New Beginnings
They say each decade of life offers a fresh start, and I’ve found that to be true in my own journey. At 29, I returned to Bangkok and welcomed new adventures. Now, at 39, I feel like I'm opening an exciting new chapter—similar to when I first started school at 19 in August. This time, I’m pursuing my master's in Art Therapy. I also launched an online print shop to showcase my art and began a mail club to forge deeper connections.
When I was younger, I saw people in their 30s and 40s as a lot older. They seemed rigid, and life appeared dull. But now that I’ve hit that age, I realize I’m no different than in my 20s. Life remains wonderfully confusing. Sure, I’m more polished and maybe a bit wiser, but mostly, I’m still me. I spot bad eggs faster and stream less illegally, yet my optimism remains intact. Every new project marks a fresh start—not because it’s brand new, but because it embodies hope.
The key is to focus on beginnings—not because they’re new, but because they represent hope and possibility. Life is tough for everyone. The difference is facing it with a smile, whether you’re disappointed or joyful. Keep moving forward, not just to breathe, but because the world needs your light. Your family and friends need your presence. Most of all, you need hope for yourself.
We can’t change the past. We often look back at mistakes or blame others, but I invite you to see it differently: to understand and accept what was, without blame. Everyone is doing their best, with the resources they had. It might not have been perfect, but it was all they could give. I hope you won’t blame others—and most importantly—don't blame yourself.
That’s life. It simply is. Now, look ahead. Make the future bright. Live better. Make wiser choices.
